Returns & Refund Policy

As all artworks are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

This allows us to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

If your artwork has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, Salt Atlas will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you receive the wrong artwork or product, please notify us within 7 days.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
