Every Salt Atlas artwork is produced to order.

While every effort is made to accurately display colours, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.

As each artwork is an original artistic interpretation, it should be appreciated as fine art rather than an exact photographic or documentary representation of a location.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice.

Orders become final once payment has been successfully processed.

If an error occurs with pricing or product availability, Salt Atlas reserves the right to cancel or refund an order.

Each artwork is printed to order.

Production times may vary depending on demand and print type.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide only.

Salt Atlas currently offers free standard shipping throughout Australia.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

Intellectual Property — Rights in Alterations to Licensed Image

Definitions

1.1 Licensed Image means the image obtained under the Licence Terms.

1.2 Alterations means the modifications, adaptations and other original material created by or on behalf of Salt Atlas in relation to the Licensed Image, including any cropping, colour correction, enhancement, annotation, overlay, compilation, layout, styling, labelling, analysis, metadata created by Salt Atlas, and any other original additions or changes.

1.3 Altered Image means the Licensed Image as incorporated with the Alterations.

Retention of Intellectual Property in Alterations

2.1 The parties acknowledge that all right, title and interest in the Licensed Image remains with the relevant rights holder(s), and use of the Licensed Image is governed by the Licence Terms.

2.2 Subject to clause 2.3, Salt Atlas retains and owns all intellectual property rights in the Alterations (including any copyright subsisting in the Alterations) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2.3 Clause 2.2 does not confer on Salt Atlas any ownership of, or exclusive rights in, the Licensed Image itself, nor does it limit any rights that any person may have in the Licensed Image under the Licence Terms.

Salt Atlas maintains source and licensing records for reference imagery used in the creation of relevant artworks.

These records may include the imagery title or dataset, imagery provider or author where identified, source service, capture information where available, applicable licence or usage conditions, and the Salt Atlas artwork identification.

Where Creative Commons licensed material is used, attribution is maintained in accordance with the applicable licence requirements.

We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur and Salt Atlas reserves the right to correct any information without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Salt Atlas shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
