All Salt Atlas artworks are made to order. Once your order has been placed, your artwork is professionally produced and prepared for shipping.

We will provide further information about your order and delivery where appropriate.

Salt Atlas offers complimentary shipping Australia-wide on all artworks, including unframed prints, custom-framed fine art, and canvas works.

No additional shipping charges are added at checkout.

As each artwork is made to order, please allow approximately 7 to 21 days from purchase for delivery. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may require a little extra time.

Once your artwork is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Each artwork is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit.

We take reasonable care to ensure your order is securely prepared before it leaves Salt Atlas.

Please include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost during transit, Salt Atlas will work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
